Creates a New longsection and matching string. This longsection can then be edited to add in any LS and CS value that you want.

Name
Enter the name of the longsection to be created.

Type
Select the string type - Road, Drain or Sewer to be created.

Start Chainage
Enter the start chainage of the longsection to be created.
